JD from Bravo TV's WorkOut
2 from The Real World
Have you been checking out The Real World? This is one of the best seasons that I can remember in the last couple of years. There are two standouts and one of them was just put off the show because he got fired from his job...
prefer deep-voiced, tall andWill (if you prefer caramel and dreds) and Greg (if you chocolate). I'm not even gonna lie, for all the lying and conniving that Greg did on the show, that want-to-be model could walk on my runway any day of the week!

New Technology? Worth it!
Let me start this Post out by saying: "I had to cut the cord!" My baby brother (who is not a baby at 26) was reaping the benefits of me paying for his cell phone line. The bad part of this deal (meaning my end of it) is that I was getting stuck with his incredible usage of minutes. I switched providers, got a newer, fancier phone and said goodbye to the extra line that was killing my bank account. My brother was cool about it and he knew it was just a matter of time before I caught on to the fact that he had an awesome arrangement. Now I am tryin to use this new phone that has many more features than the old cell phone I have had for years and years that would only hold a charge for as long as it took me to walk down a flight of stairs. I realized that I had been resisting technology by not wanting to upgrade my phone. In all other areas of technological advances, I am the first to jump on the bandwagon and purchase a new computer, music device or the latest Playstation. But when it came to getting a new phone, I panicked. Something about so much technology in something so small you can hold it in the palm of your hand. Or maybe it was the fact, that besides wanting to make sure that I could contact my family in another state, I really never felt I had much need for a cell phone. Like Keiysha Cole, I've changed my mind. Now that I have a phone with a music player and video capture, I'm realizing that for too many years I thought I wasn't worthy of having a high priced phoned. I have to tell you I am simple minded when it comes to material things; I never felt I needed and deserved to have the best device out there that money could buy. But after moving to two states and finally making it here in Chicago, I deserve whatever life brings my way...and if it's the best that new technology has to offer, I accept and you know what? I know without a doubt that I'm finally worth it!
Speaking of Worth it...check out the pics below.
These guys are definitely worth it:
DANNY GRANGER of my hometown team The Indiana Pacers.
LYTEL YOUNG from HGTV's Save My Bath.
STERLING K. BROWN from the critically acclaimed Lifetime series: Army Wives. He plays Roland Martin. There's something so sexy about blue-black skinned guys and his strong jawline combined with his ample lips drives me k-razy!
